1️⃣ In case of delay of our teams

Have you chosen a specific time slot for the collection/delivery of your belongings, but our teams were unable to meet this request? Please inform our customer service team by filling out our form to receive compensation*.

*Compensation in the form of vouchers or a credit note for your next transport service.

2️⃣ In case of unforeseen circumstances during your service

In addition to providing you with all the steps you need to follow to request reimbursement in the event of damage caused by our teams, please note that YouStock covers your belongings according to the type of insurance you chose when you signed your contract.

  • Free insurance: Your belongings are automatically insured for up to €100 per item at no extra cost.
  • Additional insurance: Your personal belongings are insured at their actual value.

The percentage will be calculated as follows:

  • With invoice: based on the actual value of the item
  • Without invoice: based on the maximum amount of standard insurance coverage (€100)
