Delivery process
Find out how to order the delivery of some (or all) of your stored items.
- Log in to your personal space
- Choose the items you want to retrieve
- Confirm your delivery order
- Validate your service
1️⃣ Log in to your personal space
Start by logging into your personal space with your login and password.
These were sent to you by email on the day of your collection.
2️⃣ Choose the items you want to retrieve
Now that you are logged into your personal space, click on the Inventory tab.
From this page, you will be able to see all of your stored goods and select the ones you wish to retrieve.
- Option 1: to recover only a few elements
In case you want to retrieve only a few items from all those stored, you will have to click on the Retrieve button present on each of the items you want to retrieve.
- Option 2: to retrieve all of your stored belongings
To do this, nothing could be easier! Just click on the Retrieve All button located at the top right of your online photo inventory.
3️⃣ Confirm your delivery order
Once you have selected all the items you want to retrieve, click on the truck icon at the top right of your screen.
Here you will find all the items you selected earlier. If you are happy with this list, you can finalize your delivery order by clicking on Confirm Selection.
You are then redirected to a page allowing you to enter all the information necessary for your delivery such as the address, the contact on the spot or the date of service.
Please note that the exact date of delivery will be confirmed during the validation of your order with one of our consultants.
Then validate your request by clicking on Get delivery rate and allow our teams to receive your relivraison request.
❗️This step is essential because it is only once we receive your request that we will be able to send you your quote and contact you to confirm the day of your service.
4️⃣ Validate your service
After receiving your estimate by e-mail, do not forget to validate it so that your service is well taken into account by our teams.
To validate it, click on Consult my estimate from your e-mail then on Book now located at the bottom of your estimate, check the boxes corresponding to the conditions of delivery and finally, enter your identifiers to confirm your means of payment.
✅ It’s official, your delivery order has been placed! Now all you have to do is wait for our team to come to your home to drop off your chosen items.
