Return delivery process
Here is how to order the delivery of some, or all, of your belongings back from storage.
1️⃣ Log in to your account
Start by logging in to your account with your usual details.
2️⃣ Choose what you want back
Once you are logged in, open the Storage tab.
This page shows everything you have in storage and lets you pick out what you want returned.
Option 1: getting a few items back
To retrieve only some of what you have stored, select Add to basket on each item you want returned.
Option 2: getting everything back
Simpler still. Select Return everything at the top of your inventory.
3️⃣ Confirm your delivery order
Once you have selected everything you want back, select the van icon in the top right of the screen.
You will see everything you picked earlier. If the list looks right, finalise your order by selecting Place order.
You will then be taken to a page where you enter the details we need for the delivery: the address, a contact for the day, and your preferred date.
Your exact delivery date is confirmed when one of our advisers processes your order.
Then submit your request by selecting Get delivery price, which sends it through to our teams.
4️⃣ Approve your quote
Once your quote arrives by email, remember to approve it so our teams can schedule the job.
To approve it, select View my quote in the email, tick the boxes for the protection plan terms and the terms and conditions, select Pay, then enter your details to confirm payment.
That is your delivery booked. All that is left is for our team to arrive and drop your things off.
