For a full seasonal wardrobe, roughly 10 to 15 boxes or garment bags, 5 sq ft is plenty. If you are storing an entire wardrobe or a larger collection, 10 sq ft will take 20 to 30 boxes or garment bags.
Our online estimator does it for you. You list what you want stored, room by room, and it works out the space. If your items do not take up what you booked, we adjust the price down, because we bill on the space actually used rather than the size you reserved.
No. There is no minimum term with YouStock. Store for a month, three months, six months or longer, whatever you need. Useful for student storage over the summer, or a few months between two homes.
Yes. You can see everything you have stored at any time through your online photo inventory. Order a partial or full delivery online and we bring the boxes or furniture you need to your door.
Yes. Our warehouses are secure and monitored around the clock. For anything particularly fragile or valuable, such as artwork or antiques, we use reinforced packing and you can add extra cover through our Premium Protection Plan.
Yes. Standard and specialist boxes are available, along with bubble wrap and packing paper, as an option when you book. You are welcome to use your own boxes too, and our team will advise on the best way to pack what you are storing.
In most cases yes, once you count everything. A self-storage headline price covers the unit alone. With YouStock, collection, transport and return delivery are included, and you are charged on the space you occupy rather than a fixed unit size you may only half fill.
