Step 1: Collection and storage

Our professional movers visited Claire’s home to unpack the bulky furniture, carefully pack each fragile item with appropriate materials, and inventory each item to ensure traceability.

All her belongings were then transported to our secure warehouse in Brussels.

Step 2: Secure storage during the works

For 4 months, Claire’s belongings were stored in our secure warehouse with 24/7 video surveillance and climate control.

Thanks to her online photo inventory, she could even retrieve specific items before the end of the renovation if needed. This flexibility allowed her to follow the progress of her refurbishment with complete peace of mind.

Step 3: Delivery to the new house

Once the renovation was completed, Claire ordered the return delivery from her inventory, choosing the date that suited her best. Our movers brought back all her belongings and reassembled all the furniture. This final step went just as smoothly as the first, completing the moving and storage service without any complications.
