Security measures that begin the moment your belongings are collected

To prevent any risk of loss during the service, our teams have developed a tracking system for your belongings.

We do this by photographing the items to be stored and assigning them a QR code as soon as they are collected. This allows us to verify that the quantity of items collected matches the quantity placed in our warehouses, and to perform the same check later upon redelivery.

This is a genuine innovation in the storage industry, enabling YouStock to prevent the loss—or even theft—of items during transport.

Measures implemented to prevent fire risks

Our warehouses are equipped with all standard fire safety systems: smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, fire hoses, sprinkler systems, smoke vents, and so on. While these are mandatory features (subject to annual inspection) for the safety of our storage facilities, YouStock considers them insufficient on their own to guarantee the safety of your belongings.

In fact, a study by the Ain administrative authorities revealed that over 50% of warehouse fires are electrical in origin. That is why, at YouStock, we ensure our electrical systems comply with APSAD standards. We engage an expert annually to inspect our systems checking both electrical and thermal aspects to identify and eliminate any hotspots that could spark a fire.

Since fires can also result from human error, we require technicians working in our warehouses to present a “hot work permit”. For maintenance or construction tasks, for instance, this document outlines the scope and conditions under which the work can be carried out safely.

In addition to being accessible only to authorized individuals, our storage units are all equipped with intruder alarms (covering both the interior and exterior of our warehouses) and video surveillance and/or remote monitoring systems.
