Incredible service! I have moved to a new flat and needed my stuff to be delivered to it. It’s on a 3rd floor with no lift, and the team dropped the stuff and took it upstairs in less than 15 minutes. Everything was in perfect condition when it arrived, so I could not be happier with YouStock team. Pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. Right from booking with Paul, and his responses to my repeated questions, to the amazing collection and delivery service by John and his assistant. There was a slight complication at the delivery location where the delivery van couldn’t pass under the basement gate entrance through to the lift and so they had to use the trolley from a larger distance. No complaints, no additional charges. Enthusiastic and courteous through out. All in all, very happy.
