The Collection Fee takes into account the volume of items we pick up, the ease of access at your property (including factors such as stairs, lifts, or parking restrictions), any additional services like packing or furniture dismantling, and your chosen insurance options. The Monthly Storage Rate depends on the size of your storage unit (measured in square feet) and any insurance add-ons you select. Once you know the approximate square footage you require, you can either use our online tool or contact one of our advisors to receive a detailed, personalised quote. We’ll calculate the monthly fee based on your chosen unit size and add a one-time Collection Fee that reflects how many items you’re storing and how accessible your home is. The Premium Protection Plan varies in cost depending on the total declared value of your items, offering coverage beyond the standard £50 per item limit. It protects your belongings at their purchase or repair value in case of damage or loss and requires a Statement of Value to be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. Yes, this depends on how soon you notify us of any changes. If you cancel 15 or more days before your scheduled date, we offer a full refund of all amounts paid. For cancellations made between 15 and 3 days prior, you will receive a 50% refund, whereas no refund is available if you cancel 3 days or less before your service. Rescheduling follows a similar structure. For paid services, requests must be made at least three days in advance to avoid additional charges.
