However, you can use your digital photo inventory to view and track your objects: they all appear, with a photo and description, in your personal YouStock account.
What are the terms of rental for storage units?
Want to cancel your booking? You are entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is made 15 days before the scheduled date. Between 15 and 3 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a 50% refund. You will not receive any refund if you cancel less than 3 days in advance.
If you wish to change your storage date to later, you must contact our customer service department more than 3 days before your scheduled date, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the fees.
Your contract is automatically terminated as soon as you have retrieved all your goods from storage.
Is insurance available for stored items?
Yes, insurance is available for your stored items. Our service already includes contractual liability insurance that covers damage or loss of your belongings up to €100 per cubic meter (with a maximum of €100 per item). Want more extensive protection for your valuables? We also offer a Premium Protection Plan at an additional cost.
