We only contacted YouStock yesterday because my daughter needed to store a lot of boxes and other belongings. The customer service was very friendly and efficient. They quickly arranged for the collection the next day. We received a confirmation email the same evening, and this morning they also called to confirm the collection time. The three movers arrived on time, worked quickly, and were polite and professional. This is a great service for anyone who needs urgent storage. We are very happy with the service so far and hope the delivery service will be just as good.

Friendly, helpful and professional: from the bookings process to the collection of my belongings for storage. The one thing that did concern me is that when I checked my order details to make some final changes, I was down as living on the ground floor, when I'd said I live on the 1st floor with no lift. Fortunately I was able to correct the error easily and in time.
