How can I retrieve or have my items delivered?

When your items are collected, they are photographed and added to your online inventory so you can find them easily in your client space. From there, you can request delivery to the address and date of your choice.

Our facilities are located on the outskirts of Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, as well as Nice, Monaco, Brussels, and London.
Are the warehouses where my items are stored secure?
Unlike traditional storage units, the e-Stock solution guarantees optimal storage conditions.
Our storage facilities are continuously monitored with alarm systems and 24/7 anti-intrusion surveillance cameras.
Goods, samples, furniture, and equipment are stored on pallets, in sealed wooden crates, fire-resistant and secure, or on dedicated shelving. They are well-protected from bad weather, dust, and pests, allowing you to leave boxes and furniture as long as you like, with complete peace of mind.
Are my stored items insured?
In accordance with Articles L. 133-1 and following of the French Commercial Code, YouStock holds a civil liability insurance policy covering risks related to service delivery and any damage incurred during the process.
We offer two types of insurance:
Standard insurance (included): YouStock is responsible for stored goods up to €300 per cubic metre or per item.
Ad-valorem insurance: Full-risk coverage based on the purchase or replacement value of your goods. This type of insurance covers loss and damage that may occur during transport.
If you choose ad-valorem insurance, you will receive a value declaration form to complete and return at least 48 hours before the service.
Ad-valorem insurance rates:
0.6% for transported goods
0.3% for stored goods
