Our 2023 Carbon Footprint
In 2023, we carried out our first carbon footprint assessment as part of the BPI’s “Diag Décarbon’Action” programme. It revealed that our total emissions reached 179 tCO₂e, mainly from logistics operations, offices and warehouses, and travel.
This audit allowed us to define precise actions to reduce our carbon footprint. YouStock has set an ambitious goal: to reduce our emissions by 30% by 2030, in line with scientific recommendations

1 paid volunteering day per year offered to all employees.

Funding reforestation projects across Europe via a partnership with EcoTree.
Use of French-made materials, including 100% recyclable boxes made from 100% recycled paper.
Consolidated transport operations to drastically reduce the number of individual trips needed compared to traditional self-storage.
Digitisation of transport documents to reduce printing and paper use.

Regular training to raise awareness and promote a culture of acceptance and respect.
Frequent internal surveys to continuously improve our diversity policy.
Training and Supporting Our Movers
At YouStock, we prioritise ongoing training and the professional development of our movers. In a declining profession, we equip our teams with advanced skills in packing, protection, and transport.
Our movers are also trained to use modern technologies and digital workflows. By investing in their growth, we reinforce our commitment to high-quality service while promoting sustainability and innovation in our sector.
