Is there a minimum rental period for a storage unit?
No, there is no minimum rental period at YouStock. You can rent your storage unit for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or longer, depending on your needs. Ideal for student storage during the summer holidays or for temporary storage between moves.
Can I access my belongings during storage?
Yes, you can access your stored belongings at any time from your online photo inventory. Simply order a partial or full delivery online. We will deliver the boxes or furniture you need directly to your home.
Can I store valuable or fragile items?
Of course! Our warehouses are perfectly suited to storing valuable items. They are air-conditioned, secure and monitored around the clock. For very fragile or high-value items (works of art, antiques), we provide reinforced packaging and you can take out additional insurance if necessary.
Do you offer boxes and packing materials?
Yes, we provide standard and specialised boxes as well as optional packing materials (bubble wrap, kraft paper) when you make your booking. You can also use your own boxes. Our team will advise you on the best packaging for your belongings.
