What were the challenges of Comexposium?

Reduce logistics costs without compromising quality

The previous service provider represented a significant expense, exacerbated by a lack of transparency regarding additional costs (delivery, handling, etc.). The agency was therefore looking for a clearer and more economical solution, without compromising on responsiveness or quality of service.

Optimize the space actually used

The agency occupied a 100 sqft space, largely oversized compared to its actual needs. This overcapacity generated significant fixed costs without added value. The goal: to adapt storage to the volume actually used, according to the pace of events.
