What guarantees the security of my belongings?

As far as the security of your goods is concerned, we put several things in place to guarantee you optimal storage conditions.

First of all, our warehouses are continuously monitored thanks to a 24/7 video surveillance system as well as an anti-intrusion alarm. Just like your future container, it is not self-service, which ensures additional peace of mind.

Your furniture and personal belongings are stored in leaded, secure and fire-resistant wooden containers. Perfectly protected from the elements, dust and pests, you can leave your belongings in our premises for as long as you want without worrying about the state in which you will find them.

Furthermore, in accordance with articles L. 133-1 et seq. of the French Commercial Code, YouStock holds a civil liability insurance policy intended to guarantee the risks relating to the performance of the Services and to cover any damage that may be incurred in the course of their performance.

As this is a removal and storage service, YouStock has taken out a financial guarantee covering the deterioration, loss or destruction of stored goods.

This basic guarantee insures your goods up to 300€ per 0,5m2 (1m3) and 100€ per object, up to a limit of 30 000€. If you wish to insure your belongings at their original value, you can opt for the “ad valorem” insurance. Your belongings will then be insured up to the value of the declaration that you fill in beforehand. The rate is 6% on the total amount declared.
