Perfectly protected from bad weather, dust and pests, you can leave your furniture, appliances, clothes and boxes in our premises for as long as you want without worrying about the condition in which you will find them.

Are my stored goods insured?

In accordance with Articles L. 133-1 et seq. of the French Commercial Code, YouStock has taken out a civil liability insurance policy designed to cover the risks relating to the performance of the Services and to cover any damage that may be incurred in the course of their performance.

As this is a removal and storage service, YouStock has taken out a financial guarantee covering the deterioration, loss or destruction of stored goods.

This basic guarantee insures your belongings up to 300€ per 0,5m² (1m³) and 100€ per object, up to a limit of 30 000€. If you wish to insure your belongings at their original value, you can opt for the “ad valorem” insurance. Your goods will then be insured up to the value of the declaration that you fill in beforehand. The rate is 6% on the total amount declared.

What is the purpose of the photo inventory?

To allow you to manage your belongings easily and quickly, our teams photograph your goods in storage so that you can find them from your photo inventory on your online space.

From there, you can request the partial or complete redelivery of your belongings as soon as you wish.

Do you offer storage materials and equipment?
